How Long Are The Sessions?

Treatments duration varies but we offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes.

All massage therapists at our facilities are registered through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Massages are part of your extended health insurance plan. So in most cases, we are able to bill electronically to your insurance company. Our massage services can also help you recover from car accidents, workplace injuries, sports injuries or everyday aches and pains. Massages are a great way to help keep your body relaxed and provide many benefits.
